Toyota Prius is a parallel hybrid , parallel hybrid are those vehicles which uses both electric motor as well as engine to propel the wheels.

Little about history of Toyota Prius

The first model of Toyota Prius was NHW10. The first sale of this model was on 10th Dec 1997 in Japan.The first generation Prius model NHW10 was only available in Japan. 

New for 2023 in Toyota Prius

In 2023 Toyota Prius starts a new 5th generation. It is redesigned and updated from inside and outside. All wheel drive has been added. In terms of Horse power it comes with 194,196hp.Better fuel economy. 

Now as per the test reports toyota prius 2023 is more faster and gives better performance than it's old model. The new Toyota Prius accelerate from 0 - 98 km/h (0-60 mph) in 7.1 seconds - this is 3.4 seconds more faster than the older Prius model.

The brakes in the new Prius come with a stop from 112km/h in 171feet.

The base model of front wheel drive offers average of 24.23km/l and the AWD model offers average of 22.1km/l.

There is an air intake vent under the left side of the rear seat with the purpose of cooling the hybrid battery.

ity and occupant information. As the airbags deploy, a chemical

reaction in the inflators takes place which quickly fills the airbags with non-toxic gas to 

help in restrain the motion of the occupants.
